Best Selling Packages

Where we charge by an hourly rate our fees are based on £350 + VAT per hour for a senior employment specialist solicitor. We do not compete on price, we compete on excellence.
Defending Your Rights
The Equality Act 2010 covers direct and indirect discrimination and we act for clients bringing claims across a wide range of sectors. We can also obtain injunctions to prevent on-going discrimination as well as secure substantial financial settlements for our clients.
Freedom from discrimination is a right contained in Article 14 of the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR), and it makes it illegal to discriminate on any grounds such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinions, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status.
If you have suffered discrimination, we can help bring a claim or defend your business from an allegation of discrimination.
Proactive Business Advice
Many organisations and companies throughout the UK consult us for expert advice on compliance, fair treatment of staff, developing and implementing bespoke policies and defending claims.
We can also offer training and education on the impact of new and existing anti-discrimination laws.
These are areas of potentially significant liability for employers. There is no qualifying period required for some discrimination claims and no cap on the level of compensation that can be awarded.

Recent Case Study
Racial discrimination and unfair dismissal
Our client was a well known participant in the UK travel industry. An employee brought a claim for unfair dismissal and racial discrimination, having been dismissed for performance-related issues. The individual was determined to obtain a large award at the Employment Tribunal. Through our representations and the evidence we put together, the Employment Tribunal found against the individual on the unfair dismissal and racial discrimination claim, only finding against our client for failing to issue terms of employment within one month of the individual commencing work. Our client was delighted that the compensation award was limited to a nominal amount and that their immaculate reputation remained untarnished.
